The Hub is a Christian Bookshop with a difference.

We are not content with just selling Christian books, Bibles, gifts, cards, multimedia and resources (though we think we do all of that pretty well).

No, we want to be the hub of the Christian community in Walsall.

We believe that Christians in Walsall deserve a place on the high street to meet, chat and network. We believe that Christianity isn't about which Church you attend, or what denomination you belong to (though these things are important), but about meeting Jesus, and others who feel as strongly about him as you do. We're independent, not run by any Church, or affiliated with any one denomination, so whoever you are, there is sure to be something for you.

We also know that some of you don't believe the same things as we do, and think that that's okay. We have something to offer you too. A safe, secure place where you can ask questions without having to fear what the answers may be.

We're a safe place in the heart of a busy world, a refuge from whatever else may be going on. If you've ever wondered what Christianity is all about, but aren't ready for Church yet, then drop in, we'd love to introduce you to some people who may just be able to help

The Hub is a Bookshop with a difference. We are a locally owned, independent Christian bookshop, with a heart for the community in which we exist.

We offer all of the following products.

Christian Products

First and foremost, we are a Christian Resource Centre, and a lot of what we stock exists to help the local Christian Community. We stock Bibles, Books, Multimedia, Cards and Gifts with a Christian worldview.

• Bibles - We have one of the largest selections of Bibles in the area. We stock every Major english translation, KJV, NIV, NKJV, NLT, ESV, GNB (TEV), NRSV, NASB, Message and Amplified Bibles, plus many more less common translations too. (See our bible guide for more information.) Most translations are available in a variety of styles, bindings, sizes and features, and we are usually able to order something to match your particular needs if it isn't in stock. We also keep a wide range of special gift bibles, which come in White, Pale Blue, Pink or other "child friendly" colours, as well as offering "children's", "youth", "wedding" and other specialist Bibles.
• Books - We stock christian books of all types, including fiction, biography, lifestyle, Theology, bible study materials and a large children's department to name just a few. We keep in stock bestsellers and core stock for most major British and American publishers, and a wide variety of books with a more worldwide flavour too. In addition to this, we are designated stockists for:
• CWR - Publishers of Selwyn Hughes' Every Day with Jesus.
• IVP - Including it's imprints and distributed titles. Publishers of the BST Bible commentary series, distributor for the ESV Bible, and sellers of a wide variety of theological and academic and general books.
• Lion Hudson - Including Lion Childrens, Candle, Lion Adult, and Monarch Imprints. Bestselling Childrens books, Fiction, Biography and Lifestyle books, and the ever popular "Lion Handbook" series.
• Scripture Union - Well know leaders in Church Resources, Publishers of the 'Light' Sunday School material, Lifebuilders bible studies and much more
• Christian Focus Publishing - Publishers of biblically based, evangelical christian books for children and adults.

This means that as well as increased stock availability for these key lines, you will also receive special offers, quicker ordering and the chance to see many more new and exclusive titles than ever before.

• Gifts and Cards - We also carry in stock many specialist gifts and cards for every main Christian festival and celebration. Discover meaningful gifts and cards especially for hard to find events like ordinations, baptism, christenings and Catholic Masses, and many more. You will also find heartfelt christian inspired gifts and cards for general celebrations, such as birthdays, weddings, anniversaries. We also stock biblically based cards for those who are sick or grieving, and a growing selection of general cards.
• Multimedia - We keep a wide range of Christian, inspirational and uplifting Music, Video and Software. We keep bestselling titles from major Christian artists, and motion picture studios. We are also able to order in almost any CD or DVD still in print, and a wide range of Christian computer software for Mac and PC.
• Church Resources - We are also a specialist supplier of resources for Churches and Cathedrals in the area. We keep Communion Wine, Wafers and Altar Bread and most popular Church Candles in stock at all times, and through our network of Church Suppliers, are able to source practically all of your specialist Church requirements quickly and simply.

And remember, with all of our products, if you can't find what you're looking for, just ask. We can source most goods which are not in stock to order within a few days.

General Products

However, don't think that all we do is provide Christian supplies. We are also stockists of many general items.

• Books - We now stock a small selection of general books in addition to our Christian titles, from classics like Jane Austen to Educational and local titles, our product catalogue is constantly increasing. But we also know that there are times when our customers want, or need, other, secular books, but still want to support a local shop, so in addition to our small selection of items in stock, we are able to source practically any book in print (or out of print, through our rare and second hand book dealings), so long as the book is in accordance with our ethical policy.
• Gifts - We keep a wide range of more general gifts in stock. Including a large number of items suitable for all, regardless of religious beliefs. We keep gifts for new babies, birthdays, weddings and completely general gifts. In addition to this, we are authorised stockists for:
• Willow Tree by Susan Lordi - The ever popular Willow tree Angels, and general figures are some of our top selling gifts, and we pride ourselves on our range and selection of these products. Willow Tree products are only available from a very select group of stores, and we are very proud to be able to carry the range.
• Russ Inspirational Gifts by Russ Berrie - Best known for the eponymous 'Russ' Bears, we are delighted to stock a range of inspirational gifts by this beloved toy and gift manufacturer.
• Fair Trade - Fair Trade is important to everyone, and we are continually working with our suppliers to increasing the number of products we are able to source in a sustainable and ethical way, however we also offer a line of general gifts, cards, and food which are Fair Trade certified. These gifts include bags, candles, picture frames, coasters etc. which help support hard working farmers and producers in the worlds poorest nations. Each Fair Trade product we sell tells a story, and we are committed to being able to trace these products back to their source, so we can share that story with you. It's a pretty labour intensive process, so you'll have to stick with us, but as soon as the products are in store, you'll find out here, first. And, through our partnership with Trade Craft, we offer their full catalogue on the same terms as you would receive directly from them.
• Educational Supplies - We supply schools, colleges and libraries with Educational and library books. If you are making a schools purchase, we normally offer best in class discount and service.
